Hotel
A limited number of rooms will be held at The Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor's Club from August 2021 until July 2022. When you call, be sure to identify yourselves as a part of the "DiTroia/Beck Wedding Rooms." Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Hotel will accommodate any early arrivals on a space available basis.
Travel Note
The hotel parking garage rate for overnight guests is $15. Additional parking facilities are located within one block of the hotel at the State Street Capitol Parking Garage, 214 N. Caroll St.
Shuttle

There will be a shuttle available between the hotel and wedding venue both before the ceremony and after the reception. The shuttle departure times from the hotel to the ceremony are at 3:35pm and 4:05pm. The bar will be open for guests to get drinks before the ceremony! The shuttle departure times from the reception back to the hotel are at 11:20pm and 11:50pm. The shuttle will be available to our guests throughout the day's events.
