How Early Should I Book My Vacation?

Our wedding is during peak ski season in Vail, CO. We recommend booking your accommodations, reservations and transportation as soon as possible! Please see our Travel and Accommodations, as well as our Explore Vail tabs for more info and recommendations.

Nope! There are so many options available and we want guests to pick the place that best fits their envisioned vacation vibe. Check out our Travel and Accommodations tab for a few recommendations.

Am I Allowed To Bring a Plus One/ Children?
Answer
We are only able to accomodate those listed by name on your invitation. We are having strictly adults (18+) only, with the exception of children in our wedding party. If you are planning to bring your little ones to Vail, we recommend hiring a babysitter during these events. Do I Need a Rental Car?

We recommend a rental car if you plan to stay or explore outside of Vail Village. Ride-share services are available, but often have limited drivers in the mountains. We will have two-way transportation services between our wedding ceremony and reception. Please check under our Itinerary tab for more information and timelines. The Town of Vail does have a free bus/shuttle service. Are The Wedding Ceremony and Reception At The Same Location
Answer
They are not! Our wedding ceremony will be located at the Vail Interfaith Chapel (located in Vail Village) and our wedding reception will be located at the Donovan Pavilion (about a 5-10 minute drive away). There will be two-way transportation from our ceremony venue to our reception venue. Please check under our Itinerary tab for more information and timelines.

When Should I RSVP By?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible so that we can get this party started! Our deadline for RSVPs is January 15th, 2025.
Question
How Do I Prepare For Altitude?
Answer
Hydration is the key at high altitudes and dry climates especially if you are participating in physical activities. Please make sure to drink plenty of water. Alcohol and caffeine intake should be used with caution.
