Cocktail attire. Beautiful dresses, jumpsuits, etc for the ladies. Button downs and slacks for the men. Free Parking is available at the Vail Village Parking Garage (about a 0.3 mile walk) from 3PM-4AM.

Wedding Ceremony

The chapel is located in Vail Village and walkable from most Vail Resorts. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 2pm and are to be seated no later than 2:15pm. Following our ceremony, we will be taking a group photo with all of our guests outside of the chapel! A transportation service will then be provided starting at 4:30pm to transport our guests from the chapel to our reception space where there will be dinner, drinks and dancing! Between the end of our ceremony and start of the transportation service, we encourage our guests to head across the street to the Sonnenalp Hotel or any of the fine eateries/bars in Vail Village to toast a drink, take some beautiful pictures and freshen up! For those guests who are driving, free parking is located behind the church but cars will need to be moved at the end of our ceremony by 4pm. The Vail Village Parking Garage will be open but there will be fees prior to 3pm and after 4am.

We are so excited to celebrate with you all following the ceremony! Two-way accessible transportation will be provided from the Vail Interfaith Chapel starting at 4:30pm following the wedding ceremony. Return transportation will begin at 9pm and will continue until the end of our reception at 11pm. Pending weather, our cocktail hour will be outside so we recommend planning your outfit accordingly before we move inside for a formal dinner and dancing! Think fur coats, scarves, mittens, ear muffs, etc! Ample parking is available on site (cars must be moved by 10am the following morning), but please use the provided transportation if you plan to toast a drink with us!
