Question

Need to get ahold of Amelia or Casey?

Answer

Don't hesitate to email us! Amelia: ameliatiedemann@gmail.com Casey: caseyames@gmail.com

Question

So where is your wedding?

Answer

Check out our "Schedule" & "Travel" page for Map, Location, and details of our wedding. Both our wedding ceremony & reception are at Twinlow Camp & Retreat Center - located just outside of Coeur d' Alene, ID. Twinlow is a summer camp for kids M-F, but on weekends it transforms into a wedding location for us "big kids". Come help us relive childhood memories of good times spent among nature and around friends by saying 'I do' in the area of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho where we first met and fell in love.

Question

What's the nearest airport to fly into?

Answer

Feel free to check out our "Travel" page. The largest airport nearest our wedding venue and location is the Spokane International Airport (GEG) in Spokane, WA. Most all major airlines fly to Spokane! Twinlow Summer Camp is located 40 minutes northeast of Spokane.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Coeur d' Alene Resort and have recommended other hotels in the area We also highly recommend Airbnb & VRBO options. Visit our "Travel" page for information & details on this!

Question

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Casey and I are having an "unplugged" wedding ceremony. We respectfully ask that all guests please turn off & do not use personal cameras or phones during our ceremony. We invite all our guests to be fully present with us during our ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. Please feel free to use your devices after the ceremony, during our reception, but we encourage you to continue to be present with us then too. We've hired a professional photographer and will share photos with our guests after our wedding. Thanks for your understanding!

Question

When & how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th here on our wedding website under the "RSVP" tab! If it's a 'yes' or a 'no', we'd like to know! Thanks!

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the wedding venue?

Answer

No, there will not. There will be free parking at the event. See our "Travel" page for more information on this and recommended car services! Please plan accordingly and be safe!

Question

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Twinlow has parking that is permitted along N. Twinlow Rd and in Twinlow's upper parking lot at the very entrance of camp. Please do not drive on any grass or through camp. Parking is available but slightly limited, so we recommend carpooling!

Question

Is there RV camping onsite?

Answer

Nope! Twinlow does not allow RV camping onsite. See our "Travel" page for nearby RV parks!

Question

Are pets allowed?

Answer

Nope! Twinlow does not any pets onsite.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We are asking our guests to wear "Casual Cocktail Attire". That means we prefer Cocktail / Sun Dresses, Dressy Jumpsuits, Casual Button-Up Shirts and Long Pants or Slacks. No need for a jacket or tie if you're not feeling it - but feel free to if you'd like! You'll look great. Ladies, our wedding is outdoors on grass, so heels might be a challenge if you're heading that direction.

Question

Any colors you prefer me not to wear?

Answer

White :)

Question

What should I do while I'm in the area for fun?

Answer

Visit our "Things to Do" page for more information on this!

Question

Can we drink alcohol onsite at Twinlow?

Answer

Twinlow has a very strict alcohol policy and alcohol is NOT permitted onsite (including waterfront & cabins). This is for your safety and to keep the camp clean without litter. Alcohol is allowed only in controlled/permitted areas during our Welcome Party Event & during our Wedding Reception. Please be respectful of Twinlow's wishes. Thanks so much!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Amelia or Casey with any questions you may have about your invitation.

Question

Will the ceremony & reception be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both are currently planned to be outdoors (weather permitting). Late June in Northern Idaho is typically 75 degrees and sunny (fingers crossed!). Our wedding will take place on the day after the Summer Solstice so the sun will stay up until 8:30 PM. Northern Idaho summers though can be unpredictable and either be much cooler (60 degrees) or much hotter (98 degrees) than expected. Please plan and dress accordingly (ladies, heels might be a challenge on grass all evening).

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Visit our "Registry" page. If you're feeling generous and want to provide us with a physical gift, Casey & I are still renovating our new house and hoping to accumulate gear for our new adventures ahead we have in Idaho! Cash & Gift Cards to REI are greatly appreciated.

Question

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 10 PM

For all the days along the way
