Please arrive between the time frame of 11:30am to 12:00pm. The outdoor ceremony will start promptly at 12:00pm.
There will be parking available at the historic site. Additional parking will be in the left corner area on a dirt lot. Please be aware since it is on a dirt, rocky lot, to be careful while driving.
Our dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual (: We want our guests to be comfortable! Suggested wear: below-the-knee dresses/skirts, jumpsuits, heels (ladies, be prepared to walk on the grass for the ceremony and lunch area)/wedges/flats, slacks/dress shirts/pants, and ties/bowties (if that is what you desire). In case anyone wanted to match the theme, our wedding colors have hints of moss green, neutrals (champagne and rust), and hints of gold/brown/mustard yellow around.
Please check your invite to see if you have a plus one! We have finished our seating assignments and have limited seating, so if you want to see who is a part of your party, please check your RSVP.
We adore children, but we want everyone to enjoy the day! We do not have accommodations for children, so we ask that you leave them at home and celebrate, maybe even take a drink with us (;
Most of y'all know California weather, but for out-of-towners, welcome to Livermore! In the spring time, the weather could be a mix of warm, windy, or rainy (please pray that there will be no rain/wind because we will be outdoors for the ceremony). Prepare to be sitting outside for the ceremony and while we eat, while the rest of the reception will take place indoor.
We will be have beer, wine, and champagne available! We will be serving tacos (updates will come on what kinds of meat), please specify if you need specific dietary needs (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, allergies).
The last day to RSVP will be January 31st. If you have not RSVP'd by then, we will mark you as "declined"
