When should I RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVPs no later than August 31, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. However, you're welcome to arrive to the venue anytime after 4:00pm! There will be drinks, games, lovely live music, and (hopefully) cooperative weather for a view of Mount Hood.

Why is there a Recipe Card with my wedding invitation?

Answer

For our Wedding Guestbook, we're creating a Recipe Box filled with love, memories, and the cherished dishes that bring us all together. Please fill out the Recipe Card and bring it with you to the wedding! Your recipe will be enjoyed at our family table for years to come.

Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcome! Please let us know if you're planning on bringing your little one(s), and we'll have some fun activities and delicious food options served family-style.

Joyful, festive, dressy casual - whatever makes you feel celebratory!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the Crag Rat Hut, so carpooling when possible is encouraged! Hood River is a small town with limited taxi service and no Ubers or car shares. Please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Please let us know by August 31, 2025, and we'll make sure that our caterer is informed.
