YES The bar will be open at 4:00pm to welcome guests as they mingle and find seats for the 4:30 ceremony.

Cocktail Formal suggested. Dress weather appropriate for outdoor ceremony, heating inside. Ladies beware of heels in the grass.

Kids?

Answer

This event will be 21+ with the exception of the Flower Girl & Ring Bearer, and two cousins selected to babysit them afterwards. We apologize for any inconvenience, but no other attendees under the age of 21 are permitted. Grab a sitter and make it a date night!

The Heritage Barn will host the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception. Guests may mingle between indoors & outdoors. Lawn games & photo-booth will be available immediately after the ceremony.

Answer

We will announce and ask all guests be ready for a group picture with bride and groom. The photographer will take this photo from the deck above, we will announce this during the cocktail hour prior to reception.
