Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no kids on this night, except immediate family and the bridal party, who have already been notified. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I bring a plus one/extra family members?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who have been formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. We respectfully request that only the people named on the invitation are in attendance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail or formal attire for the evening. We are also requesting that all guests wear black attire, preferably no other colors, especially white.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm; therefore, guests should arrive and be seated by 4:15 pm at the latest. You will not be allowed to walk in after the ceremony has begun. Please be sure to account for traffic after work on a Friday evening.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to all events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is the end of August. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a “no.” We need to provide the venue with a total guest count on time. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be welcome drinks, as well as cocktails, wine and beer available for cocktail hour as well as most of the reception at an open bar, free of cost. Soda and water will also be available free of cost. Liquor upgrades can be purchased at the bar, as well as shots, based on venue regulations. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

What are my meal options for the evening?

Answer

All guests will be welcomed to enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, and will receive a salad, bread, and an entree with two sides at the reception. The entree choices are: -Grilled Flatiron Steak W/ Manor House Steak Sauce -Chicken En Croute W/ Champignon Sauce (seasoned chicken breast, mushroom duxelle, puff pastry, champignon sauce) -Chef’s Choice Vegetarian Entree -Kids Meal (Guests 10 and under only) Please be sure to mark your meal choice on your RSVP as well as any allergies or dietary restrictions for all people on the invitation.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outside, the cocktail hour can be enjoyed both indoors and outside, and the reception will take place inside. Please be sure to bring a coat or cover up as needed as Colorado can get chilly when the sun goes down!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phone and camera away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in this moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. There will be QR codes available throughout the venue to submit your photos and videos to an account that Jerry and I will have access to. We encourage you to take as many photos and videos as possible during cocktail hour and the reception!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. There will be an open bar, so guests should consider a ride share service or car pooling for transportation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Because we have so many friends and family members coming from different places, we did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Please plan accordingly by either car pooling or ordering a ride share service if you are not driving yourself.
