Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the hotel page on our website for the hotels we have room blocks with discounted rates. There are also several hotels close to the venue if you want to explore other options!

When do I need to book my hotel by for getting the room block discount?

Answer

You need to book the hotels by April 28th for having the discounted rate. If you are having any difficulties with booking, please email Lisa at lisa@engagedsourcing.com or reach out to one of us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at McGee Street Parking (at 16th & McGee St) or street parking. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service, especially if you’re having some beverages throughout the night!
