What should I bring?

Answer

We are asking our guests to bring a printed photo 4x6 of themselves with the bride or the groom to add to our guest book. Also please bring your smiles and your dancing shoes!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 14th, 2026. You can RSVP on our wedding website under the RSVP tab.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know by text or email if you and/or your plus one have a food allergy. We want everyone to be able to enjoy cocktail hour and dinner!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:10pm at the latest. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot to where we are having the ceremony and the ceremony will start at 4:30pm. The ceremony is taking place in the Heritage garden.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Children are welcome at the ceremony, but we plan for the reception to be child free with the exception of the flower girl and ring bearer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony site at the NC arboretum has complimentary parking. The reception site at the Venue does not have complimentary parking, however there are multiple metered parking spots, small parking lots/garages, and several hotels with public parking located within walking distance of The Venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. The ceremony will take place in a garden so please wear something you are comfortable in and shoes that allow you to walk on grass.
