Are kids allowed?
Answer
Totally your call. If you’ll have more fun with your kiddo, we would love to have them join us. If not, we encourage you to use this as a night off. There will not be childcare available so if you choose to bring your children, you will be responsible for them :)

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly request guests to wear formal attire. Women may choose to wear midi or full-length dresses or gowns, while men are encouraged to wear suits with a tie or bowtie. Portions of the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grassy terrain, so ladies may wish to consider wearing wedges or block heels for added comfort.

When should I RSVP?

In order to provide accurate numbers to our vendors, we kindly ask that everyone RSVP by May 7th. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to attend and mark you as a “no.”

Will events be outside?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. We will have plenty of water, fans, and shade to keep you cool!

How do I get there?
Answer
If you are staying in the downtown Austin area and desire transportation, we have chartered buses to take you from the Austin Marriott Downtown to our wedding venue. Buses will be located about one block from the hotel. Attendants will be in the lobby to escort you to the pick up point. Buses will begin boarding at 4:45 PM. Please note: buses will depart promptly at 5:00 PM, so don’t be late! Return transportation will be provided as well—buses will depart from the venue at 11:00 PM, following the couple’s send-off. For those who choose to take their own vehicle, there is parking at the Grand Lady.

When should I arrive?
Answer
To ensure a smooth start, we recommend guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony and no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.
