How should we get to the welcome party?
Answer
The welcome party will be held at a private residence and does not have space for public parking. We will be providing a complimentary shuttle between the Hacienda del Sol Resort and the welcome party venue. Check the schedule page for more details! If you choose not to take the shuttle, you will need to Uber or Lyft, as personal vehicles may be towed.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?
Answer
Doors will open at 3:30 and the wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Stop by early for pre-ceremony champagne!

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
We would love to see our guests dressed up! The attire for the wedding will be formal, so we kindly request that our guests wear either a suit and tie, long dress (midi or maxi), or formal jumpsuit. Feel free to have fun with your choices, color and patterns are very welcome!

What is the weather like in Tucson?
Answer
Welcome to sunny Tucson! Weather in early November should be clear and warm with high temperatures around 80. Expect it to get a bit cooler at night with lows in the 50s.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. We will finish the night with dancing indoors.

Answer
Yes! Please plan accordingly so you can have a great time and get home safely!

Is it okay to take pictures?
Answer
We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to take care of this so you can sit back and enjoy the ceremony with us! You are welcome (and encouraged) to take as many photos as you’d like for the rest of the evening!

Where is the farewell breakfast?
Answer
We’ll be in the Tracy Hepburn Casita Grande on the Hacienda del Sol property. See the property map on the Hacienda del Sol website for help finding us!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we have carefully curated our guest list to only include our most important people. Please note that we will only be able to accommodate the people listed on your invitation. All invited members of your party will show up on the RSVP form when you enter your name.

We will only be able to accommodate children of immediate family members. Thank you for understanding!
