Welcome Party

4:30 pm - 8:15 pm

Cocktail Attire

Let us welcome you to Tucson with some light bites, refreshments, and live music! **no public parking, you will be towed** Two shuttles will pick up from the main entrance of the Hacienda del Sol resort and will take guests to and from the welcome party venue continuously between 4:15-8:15 PM. Each shuttle can take 14 people and will run every 10-20 minutes as needed, so feel free to come and go as you please. If you choose not to use the shuttle you will need to Uber or Lyft.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Attire (suit and tie or midi/maxi length dress)

Doors will open to the ceremony space at 3:30 PM to ensure everyone is seated by 4:00 PM. Stop by early for some pre-ceremony music and champagne!

Grab-and-Go Breakfast

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual Attire (wear whatever you like!)

We will have a grab-and-go breakfast for the morning after the wedding! Stop by the Tracy Hepburn Casita Grande at the Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort to say hello to the newlyweds and grab a post-wedding breakfast burrito and coffee!
