When should I RSVP by?

As we're hosting a destination wedding, we'll need a final headcount 30 days in advance. We'd love to hear from you by October 15th, 2026, with a firm deadline of November 1st, 2026.

Yes, we do! We're envisioning an elegant Vermont snowy glam evening with cozy luxury lodge vibes. We'd love for our guests to embrace this aesthetic with suits, tuxes, floor-length gowns, or cocktail dresses. To help us create the magical atmosphere we're imagining, we kindly ask that you avoid denim, western-style footwear, and anything in red or green. These guidelines will help ensure the overall look beautifully reflects the evening's enchantment. Feel free to reach out if you'd like some style inspiration!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Convenient parking is available at the resort's front entrance for both the ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
For guests not staying at Mountain Top Resort, we've arranged complimentary shuttle service from Rutland Town Square to the celebration, which is especially helpful during winter weather. Simply park at the town square, and we'll take care of the rest.
