Let the Christmas Bells ring! We're getting Married!

Nickoli and Carter met the millennial way, through an app. hey chatted back and forth for about week before they decided to meet in person. They hit it off right away and talked non-stop. Any chance they could, they'd meet at iHop in Napa or at L&L Hawaiian BBQ in Vallejo.

On May 4th, 2014 (absolutely no knowledge that it was Star Wars day) Carter asked Nickoli to be his boyfriend. It was nerve racking, it was special, and it was celebrated by dinner with Niko's mom, a movie date with Carter's parents, and finally Nickoli's 19th birthday at Buttercup.

A job opportunity came knocking and it was big decision to make. After so much thought, Carter and Nickoli made the BIG choice to move across the country to Florida. This was a huge step in their relationship but one that would help shape who they are as a team.

In May 2019, they celebrated 5 amazing years together. They went back to the restaurant where they spent their first Valentine's Day together and were treated so well, the chef came to talk to them and sign their menu. It wasn't until this year that the random idea of marriage would float around.

Their first big trip outside of the country was met with cold weather, Disney Magic, and some new bling.
