Wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Eastwood Farm and Winery just south of Charlottesville from 5:00 to 11:00 on April 16th, 2022. The ceremony will be on the mountaintop then guests will be shuttled back down to the middle terrace for cocktail hour and reception. For a variety of reasons not exclusively limited to our love of the outdoors and the ongoing pandemic, we've elected to hold our reception in a large tent at the venue. While we hope the weather cooperates, we also encourage you to prepare for a cool night! We will utilize heaters if necessary. A shuttle will be provided from downtown Charlottesville to the venue. The shuttle will pick up at 4:00pm at the Omni Hotel. If you will be driving, please plan to arrive early (by 4:30pm) to allow for time to be shuttled up to the mountaintop for the ceremony. Large shuttles/buses are unable to make it up to the mountaintop, so one small shuttle will bring people up in small groups. Last shuttle up will be at 4:45pm.

Morning Run/Walk

This is, of course, completely optional, but we thought you may want to experience some of the rolling hills of central Virginia for some morning exercise. This run is great as an out-and-back. Parking here gets really crowded, so consider showing up a little early and/or carpooling! The first link for parking is best for folks looking to get six or more miles in (at least three out/three back). Wear whatever formalwear makes you comfortable. We'll be outside and/or in a tent for the whole evening, so bring some warm gear, as needed.
