Please arrive by 1:45 p.m. to the church so that everyone is seated and we can begin the ceremony promptly at 2:00 p.m.
Guests can make their way to the reception at 4:45p.m. Complimentary wine and hors d’Oeuvres will be available. We are asking our guests to be in their seats no later than 5:15pm so we can begin the festivities!
The ceremony will end at around 3pm. Guests may start filing into the reception hall at 4:45p.m. during downtime guests are welcomed to go back to their rooms to freshen up, explore some of the tri-state (Smale Park or Fountain Square are great options) or hangout at some of the lounge bars at Hotel Covington or across the street from the reception. We kindly ask our guests be seated by 5:15 at the latest.
Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour beginning at 4:45 p.m. Dinner will be served at approximately 5:30 p.m. It will be buffet style. There will be some free time between the ceremony and reception so please feel free to snack during that window. The hotel and reception are walking distance to great bars and fast food options.
We will be taking care of parking for our guests for the ceremony. There is a lot adjacent to the church that will have an attendant on standby. When you park in the lot give the attendant the name wedding party name (Ordonez-Walsh) to receive a parking pass. For the reception, you will need to pay for street parking if you are not staying at the hotel.

Hotel Covington's check in time is: 4:00 p.m. Check out time is: 12:00 p.m. All guests arriving early will be accommodated as rooms become available. We recommend guests arrive Friday to ensure their rooms are ready when they arrive. Please note, if you are arriving Saturday, and your room is not ready, we will have a room for our guests to get ready and leave their luggage. We will add that contact to this answer as we approach the wedding date.

Step 1. Go to the "RSVP" tab on this site. Step 2: Enter your first and last name, and make sure you enter it the same way that it appears on your invitation. If you're RSVPing for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for the entire group by entering only your first and last name. Step 3: Click Will Attend or Will Not Attend next to each name on the RSVP. If the box is a darker color- it means you've selected it. Step 4: Hit Submit RSVP to finish. You're All Done!
If you're having trouble submitting your RSVP or aren't seeing your name in the results, please contact Brenda or Carter to verify how your name is printed on the Guest List.
Yes! Children are welcomed at the ceremony and reception. Please make sure to include them when you RSVP so we can have an accurate head count.
Your invitation will specify if you can bring a guest. Due to our venue restrictions, we are not able to accomodate any additional guests.

Of course! Attire is semi-formal. Come ready to bust some moves on the dance floor!
Not at all! We will have a program so you can follow along if you are unfamiliar with the Mass procedure. The priest will also be guiding us through the Mass so that everyone can feel invited to participate in the ceremony.
