FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR ANY/ALL GUESTS (OUT OF TOWNERS & LOCALS) SHUTTLE PICK UP BEGINS AT 3:30 PM. ONCE A BUS IS FULL, IT'LL LEAVE. THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ANYONE NEEDING A RIDE! Uber or drive to the Hotel, take the Shuttle to & from. This is for any guest regardless of if they are local, visiting, staying at the hotel, or elsewhere. Uber to/from the Venue is not available. As detailed above, the shuttle will pick up and drop off at two hotels - Courtyard Marriot Waterfront in Downtown and The Town & Country Inn & Suites in West Ashley (see the TRAVEL page for the addresses). Guests are welcome to park at the Hotel or use it as their Uber pickup/drop off location to use the shuttles. FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT ROCKVILLE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IF DRIVING IS NECESSARY. Your safety and convenience are top of mind for us. The long, winding roads of Wadmalaw Island are surrounded by dark woods with lots of wildlife. We want everyone to be safe on their journeys to and from the venue. And we want folks to enjoy the night without worrying about the long drive home.

In early 2021, Gibson and David matched on a dating app. During those initial chats, Gibson did what every smart, young woman should do - she social media stalked David. Come to find out...they already knew each other! They met over a decade prior at a summer camp in upstate SC. While Gibson didn't recognize David because of his rugged glow-up, David remembered Gibson almost instantly - her name is unique, after all. But he also could never forget those blue eyes - aww! They hit it off instantly, bonding over their past encounter at camp, their mutual friends, and their love of great food and all kinds of music. The second date is where love truly began to blossom...sparks flew at the end of the night with their first kiss. It didn't take long for them to become an inseparable couple. All these years later, they're thrilled to take this next step and become husband and wife. They've begun building an amazing life together - they adore their cool, cuddly cat (Szechuan) and their goofy, sweet rescue pup (Gus). Gibson & David share a passion for music, food, travel, and making life as fun as possible. They love making each other laugh out loud, discussing every new tv show or movie in great detail, trying new restaurants together, and hosting game nights with friends. They want their wedding day to be a celebration of LOVE and FUN in equal measure. Because that's what LOVE is all about - embracing every moment with joy and gratitude. They are so grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing support system. They can't wait to celebrate with all of you!
