We are delighted to present a chef-curated dining experience, featuring a pan-seared salmon filet finished with a vibrant habanero mango reduction, delicately balancing heat and sweetness. Served alongside fragrant rice and seasonal heirloom carrots, thoughtfully prepared to complement the entrée. To begin, guests will enjoy a velvety zucchini bisque. This menu has been crafted and prepared on-site to provide a fresh, elevated dining experience for our guests. If you wish to substitute for chicken breast, please let us know in the dietary restrictions question below.
