When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 18th, 2026. Your prompt response helps us make sure we have everything ready for the big day!

When and where is the wedding and reception?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at Hazelnut Farm (right outside of Louisville). The venue’s address is 816 Eastwood Fisherville Rd, Wilsonville, KY 40023. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/semi-formal. Please refrain from wearing jeans, denim, or colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, ivory, cream, etc). We can't wait to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your kids, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on the invitation. You can also refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to have a night out and enjoy the party with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at Hazelnut Farm for guests, and there will be signs directing you to the lot. You can leave your car there overnight if preferred. The venue requests that any cars parked overnight be picked up by 12pm on Friday. Uber and Lyft both service the area and will be available for rides.

Will the ceremony be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn, with cocktail hour to follow on the covered patio. The reception will then be held indoors at the venue! If it rains, the ceremony will be moved under a covered area.
