The closest airport to our venue is Will Rogers Oklahoma City Intl Airport (OKC). The airport is one long terminal and very easy to navigate.

We have a hotel block for the nights of Friday (4/10), Saturday (4/11) & Sunday (4/12). Guests are more than welcome to arrive prior to Friday evening or stay later than Sunday night but you will need to provide your own lodging. The link provided includes the discounted rate of $129/per night. We currently only have king beds reserved - if you would like to have a double queen room, please let the bride or groom know OR contact the hotel directly (let them know you are with the wedding hotel block) to modify your reservation. **Be sure to double check the dates you are reserving for as the webpage defaults to all 3 nights**

Travel Note

Transit Information

The airport is about 20 minutes from the designated hotel. You may rent a rental car for the length of your stay OR uber throughout. Transportation will be provided to the venue on the day of from the designated hotel. There are no guest events planned before the wedding on Sunday. Having a car may be helpful if you are wanting to explore the city before the festivities begin! Ubering to downtown (which is about 15 minutes) is an option if you do not want rent a car but still want to explore! The city is safe and a lot of attractions are within walking distance, so once there, you will likely not need another form of transportation until you head back to the hotel.
