Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! However, we have not finalized a decision on what exactly that is yet! We do know that it will be some version of formal wear - long dresses, gentlemen please wear suit jackets and no jeans. We prefer that guests not wear lavender or white as these are the bridal party colors. Please check back soon.

We kindly request an adults only celebration.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 15th, 2026, in order to give the kitchen staff enough time to prep meals.
Question
How do I enter the Gaillardia Property if I am not Uber-ing?
Answer
Gaillardia is a gated residential community closed to the public. You will type in the clubhouse address - 5300 Gaillardia Blvd - but at the front of the grounds you will have to stop at the guardhouse. Please enter through the lane titled “guest entrance” and notify security you are here for the Carse Wedding. They will direct you from there. The address listed above will also take you right where you need to go!

Is there parking for the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, once you arrive at Gaillardia’s Clubhouse, please pull up to the front as there is valet parking available - at no cost. There are also signs posted to direct you to self park if you so choose.

Where do I go once I am parked?
Answer
Please head to the main entrance of the clubhouse denoted by the large pillars covered in ivy. Once inside, you will be met with a receptionist who will direct you where to go.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that guests arrive no later than 5pm in order to park and get seated in order for a prompt ceremony start time of 5:30pm.

Are all events inside?
Answer
No! The ceremony is outside, rain or shine. Cocktail hour is both indoor outdoor, and reception is in the ballroom inside.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
The answer you've all been waiting for....... YES! Alcoholic beverages, water, coffee, wine and soft drinks will be served from 6pm - 10:30pm, with last call occurring at 10:00.
