cocktail attire / garden party, please. ties optional. our wedding will be outside with summer flowers for decorations if you want a vibe check

no, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
we'll have the VRBO starting Thursday night (August 22nd), so feel free to come early if you'd like! we're still finalizing a timeline for the day of, but will share that when we send out final invitations

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
we have space for everyone to stay with us on site at the wedding VRBO. it'll be cozy, but that'll be part of the fun. if you have any questions or concerns about accommodations, please reach out

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
we will be having a plated dinner service with options along with your RSVP. all food will be gluten free, but if you have a different food allergy we should be aware of, please reach out and let us know as soon as possible

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
we have access to the VRBO starting on Thursday night (August 22nd). guests are welcome to arrive starting Thursday if they'd like. we just ask you let us know your plans ahead of time. we will have an informal rehearsal/dinner the night before for anyone that has arrived early

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

no. we ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out and they be left inside the VRBO during the ceremony

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
the VRBO can fit 8 vehicles. we kindly ask our guests to carpool if possible. if you're coming from out of state and need help organizing rides, just let us know and we'll be happy to help coordinate

Do I need cash for the bar?
Answer
no - we will have batch cocktails, beer, wine, and seltzers available for everyone. if there is anything specific you wish to drink before/during the wedding, we kindly ask you bring it yourself
