Question

Did the wedding venue change?

Answer

YES! As crazy as it sounds due to unforeseen circumstances the ceremony and reception venues have changed from the Industry Hills Expo Center to the Pacific Palms resort. We are hoping this will not be an inconvenience to our invited guests, but it is less than a mile away from the original venue. We look forward to seeing you there!

Question

What do I need to know about the new venue?

Answer

The main thing we would like our guests to know about this new venue is that there will be much more walking. We are so excited for the ceremony space that is available to us is on a gorgeous hill overlooking the entire city! But with beautiful views, comes hills and long walks to get there! We ask our guests to wear shoes you are able to walk comfortably in or bring a change of shoes for the walk up to the ceremony.

Question

Will Children be invited to the wedding ceremony or reception?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this is an Adults Only affair with lots of dancing, drinking, loud music, and expensive decorations. We hope you are able to use the day as a fun date night for you and your significant other! We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding invitations will be addressed to our invited guests. If there is not a name of a significant other, or other individual you would like to bring on your invitation, they are unfortunately not invited. The venue has limited space, and we are unable to extend the invitation to everyone or plus ones who are not serious partners. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What is the dress code of the wedding?

Answer

We are going to be having a formal event! We ask all our guests to dress to the 9s, and really show out! There will be so many photo opportunities and we would love to see you all in your best fits for our special day!

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in a card?

Answer

We are providing a mail in card with all invitations to our invited guests allowing them to RSVP and select their choice of entree for dinner at our reception.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all RSVP's be returned no later than March 25, 2025 in order to give our vendors ample time to prepare for the event. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume that you will be unable to attend our event and you will be very missed!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, and an indoor reception, dinner and dance party!

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

It will be nice and sunny! Classic SoCal weather!

Question

What type of food will you be serving at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving a traditional Italian dinner and having vegetarian options which you will be able to select when filling out your RSVP card.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception should you choose to bring a card to the reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:05pm on the 10th of May. Should you arrive late, and notice the gate to the ceremony space is closed, please wait until after the ceremony to join us at our cocktail hour and reception following.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We will have our professional photographers and videographers there in order to take all the magical photos of our special day!

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Yes! We happily invite you to post as many photos as you would like to social media! We would love you to use our wedding hashtag: #CurrytoCulver on all your posts so we can see our day from your perspective throughout the day/night!

Question

Will you be live streaming your wedding?

Answer

We will not be livestreaming our wedding but we will be posting wedding highlight videos from our videographer after the wedding.

Question
