You are welcome to start arriving around 3:00 and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with drinks and light snacks. Please be aware that the ceremony and reception will be outdoors in the desert. There are benches for seating and a shade structure, but it may be hot. There will be a short walk to the restrooms from the location of the ceremony and either a walk along a desert path or a short drive to our reception location. We recommend wearing clothing and shoes that are easy and comfortable to walk in. The desert is a fickle place. It will likely be hot in the afternoon, but it will get chilly once the sun sets, so we recommend potentially bringing a light jacket.

Festive Casual or Snappy Casual
Our reception will take place in the Gila Monster group camping site at Catalina State Park directly following the ceremony at the Bobcat Amphitheater. The reception will include a catered meal and an opportunity to enjoy good company in a beautiful space. You are welcome to walk along the Bride Trail to get to and from the Amphitheater to the group site, but please note, we will be in the desert and it may be dark, so we recommend appropriate shoes and that you have some form of light.
