The Proposal - October 20, 2021
In the middle of the beautiful Boston Gardens, in the center of Boston, at the beginning of our autumn getaway, Derek got down on one knee and proposed. This was after walking the Freedom Trail (which Derek knew intimately even though he had never been to Boston - thanks FallOut!) and taste testing multiple cannolis from a variety of Boston bakeries.
We celebrated with dinner and drinks at the REAL Cheers bar, called our families, and then took a beautiful evening walk to a pop-up brewery on the banks of the Charles River.
