Ceremony Location: Overlook Chapel There is very limited parking at the Ceremony site. We have hired Estes Park Trolleys to help transport guests up to the site. They will pick up guests in the main parking lot (see map #1) beginning at 4:00 pm. They will make two trips before the ceremony, and two trips after. If you don't wish to ride the trolley to the the ceremony, we HIGHLY encourage carpooling with other guests. Guests who are late will be asked to wait down the road from the ceremony site so there are no interruptions Cocktails & Reception Location: Assembly Hall Guests are encouraged to enjoy light appetizers and cocktails in the Assembly Hall lobby while the wedding party and immediate families finish taking photos at the ceremony site. Dinner and Dancing will begin at 6:30 pm in the Assembly Hall large room. Guests can park in the main parking lot - in front of the Aspen, Walnut, and Pine dining buildings
