If you’re arriving Friday evening, start the weekend at Big Grove Brewery & Taproom for a casual drink and a great outdoor patio, or head to The Iowa Taproom—where Dylan asked Carolyne’s parents for permission to marry her. For something a bit more upscale, we also love Fresko.
Saturday (before the wedding!)

Stop by the Des Moines Farmer’s Market for coffee, snacks, and a quick stroll before getting ready.
Sunday

On your way out of town, enjoy a coffee at Northern Vessel (try the Cheerio latte!) or head to Tupelo Honey for a cozy brunch.
