Rick & Susie have been married for nearly 44 years and have lived in State College, PA for the lionshare of that time. Retired ophthalmologist and music teacher, Rick and Susie now enjoy spending time with their grandkids Beth, Sophie and Nathaniel, and friends.

Molly is Damian's firstborn and is newly driving-on-her-own!!! Molly loves sports and taking pictures. When we called to tell the girls we were engaged, Molly told Damian, "It's about time you asked her!"

Sophie is one of Carolyn's 10 year old nieces who enjoys making artwork, playing outside, cooking and playing her viola! Sophie had the idea to host a benefit concert to support people affected by COVID and together with her siblings raise nearly $1,000.

Always thinking creatively and enjoying the fun of life, Tessa, age 10, is quick to laugh and enjoys making slime, riding her scooter and reading her Jesus Storybook Bible. Tessa is excited to paint her room happy yellow which matches her personality :)

Nathaniel, is Tita's (Carolyn's) 7 year old nephew who loves sports, people and dinosaurs (in that order!) :) Nathaniel is pumped Uncle Damian is joining the family. :)

Nathan is a friend of Damian, and proud to be his brother in Christ. He is also a systems engineer for the Navy, focusing on integration of unmanned vehicles. He loves his wife, Jacqueline, and their son, Elijah. He also loves hearing, reading, and studying God's Word.

Kate survived 10+ years as a roomie to the bride before becoming Mrs. Breth in January 2021. Together Kate & Carolyn have visited and served on other continents, navigated the crazy of teaching, and laughed, cried and enjoyed walking through the normal of life as dear friends.

Damian, a systems engineer for the Navy, enjoys being with his girls, making up silly nicknames, doing projects and hiking-- particularly when camping in a tent is involved. Damian loves Jesus, music, singing at church, and being with the people he loves.

Carolyn teaches middle school Spanish in Spotsy County. She loves being outside, walking and running, playing games, visiting the shore, spending time with friends, and quiet time with the Lord. Carolyn is an awesome Tita to her nieces and nephew. Soon she will be a wonderful wife to a very happy man.
