Question
What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?
Answer
We strongly encourage those who are eligible to be fully vaccinated and/or get confirmation of a negative covid test result prior to attending the wedding.
Question
How long should we plan on staying in the city?
Answer
We would recommend checking in to your hotel (or airbnb, vrbo, etc. ) on Thursday so that you can explore the sights of Miami (need ideas? Check out our Things to Do). If you can't take off Thursday, Caroline recommends staying til Monday morning so you can sleep in on Sunday before seeing those last few sights you want to see before heading home.

How should we get around Miami?
Answer
Renting a car is totally optional, especially if you are staying in the Coral Gables area. Lyft and Uber are great options to get around Miami. Caroline recommends brushing up on your espanol.

Where are the bride and groom staying?
Answer
The Biltmore! Please take advantage of the amazing rate in our room block and book a room by October 16, 2022 if you want to stay near us!

May I bring my children?
Answer
We love the kids; however, with a few notable exceptions, our reception will be adults-only. Your children are more than welcome to join us on the beach on Sunday!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We have tried to minimize our guestlist while still being able to celebrate with all of our loved ones. Please refer to your invitation and the online RSVP tool to confirm the amount of guests we've accounted for in your party. Feel free to email us if you have any questions!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly.

When does the wedding start?

Please aim to arrive by 5p, but we will get things started at PROMPTLY 5:30p. Not Miami 5:30p, please.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. No need for the floor length gowns or tuxedos (unless they make you happy). We kindly request no jeans or shorts. Save those for Brunch on the Beach on Sunday!

Yes, of course! We have worked with our caterer to ensure vegan and vegetarian options.

Where should I park at the wedding venue?
Answer
Caroline and Joseph have taken care of your parking costs at the Newman Alumni Center. Please register your vehicle license plate and use the provided registration code.
