This neighborhood is fun to walk around. On Saturday mornings, you will find a farmers market that also sells craft brews and liquors. The area is full of quirky and fun shops as well as many eateries. Great for grabbing a bite or a drink by the water. You can take a water taxi to and from there to explore different parts of the harbor. Edgar Allen Poe was a frequenter to the bars in this area. The area was established as a place for ships to land, crew members to get off and drink ale, and then head back aboard when they heard their boat call. There are some fun tours. One of the ones we enjoyed was a the Ghost Tour.
This is one of our favorite places to grab takeout. Everything is gluten free, vegan, soy free, with some nut-free options as well. It is so good, even gluten eaters are amazed.
Our favorite Thai takeout place with lots of gluten free and vegan options!
Excellent cocktails and food with a clearly designated menu for food allergies!
This is a high end restaurant near the Harbor. Nick and I enjoyed a 5 course meal to usher in 2020 here and it was fantastic. If only we had know what was to come!
Has a plethora of Italian restaurants.
If it is hot, enjoy some paddle boarding!
Have a cocktail on the top of the Four Seasons with a great view of Maryland/ Baltimore/ Harbor. Nick had is favorite Old Fashioned there that he has ever had.
Good food and great view of the Harbor. They even have a gluten free desert that is not ice cream!
Feel like relaxing safely with a massage. They require you keep masks on at all times and clean the rooms after each use with hotel grade cleaner. It is our favorite place to go to relax.
