Jordan and Caroline met while working in a Texas hospital ICU. Jordan was a fantastic trauma nurse, Caroline was a new trauma PA. Jordan and Caroline became friends instantly. Fast forward over a year, and Jordan was secretly bringing Caroline coffee each morning with sweet (and often sassy) messages! It didn't take too many cups before they knew they had something special...

Jordan spent what seems like months convincing Caroline their next travel destination should be Bali. Jordan even had his friends Jenny and Dave, help convince Caroline to go. She finally agreed, and they were Bali bound! At the airport, Jordan got pulled for extra TSA screening. He tried to send Caroline away to the food court, but she stubbornly resisted. He continued to try to convince her to go ahead without him, finally getting snappy. Caroline went on the food court without him, wondering why he was being so cranky. Little did she know, the engagement ring was tucked away in Jordan's bag the TSA team was searching in front her! The first morning in Bali, Jordan and Caroline woke up before the sun to catch their transportation to a beach and snorkeling tour. Caroline absolutely loves warm weather and beaches, so she was looking forward to getting out in the sun and sand during their winter vacation. The local tour guide put them on a small boat with two other couples and took them to some of the best snorkeling spots. The water was crystal clear and there was tons of ocean life to see! At one point, Jordan followed a manta ray around the other side of the boat and Caroline thought he got lost! After all of the snorkeling, Jordan and Caroline headed to a local Balinese place for a pizza lunch and local beer. The tour guide then took them on a private tour of some of the most famous beaches in the world! At the last and final beach, Kelingking Beach, Jordan asked the tour guide to take a video of him and Caroline looking over the cliff to the beach below. The tour guide climbed up a tree to capture the video as Jordan got down on one knee and proposed! At the most beautiful spot in the world - Caroline said Yes!
