This is a super cute place to stop by for a coffee, mocktail/cocktail, or quick bite. I love the Death by Chocolate and The Resurrection "drunken" shakes! Jerry loves the espresso and sandwiches. They also have really good cakes for sharing! You should definitely add this stop to your itinerary. Forewarning, the line is always out the door!
This is one of our favorite places to go for some good Low Country Louisiana dishes. LoLa is consistent and has a great selection of apps and entrees. We always go to the Park Circle (North Charleston) location. But, there is also one in Mt Pleasant if you want something a little closer. If you have the time, you should take a stroll past Park Circle and the Riverfront then hit LoLa's for lunch/dinner.
This is one of Jerry's favorite sandwich shops! It has a unique vibe and nice spread of sandwiches, wraps, salads, & smoothies and an acai bowl.
This is another one of Jerry's favorites! This small, Italian sandwich shop is conveniently located in Mt Pleasant. The Chicken Cutlet sandwich is a crowd pleaser!
Although we've never eaten here, this Neapolitan style pizza shop is super cute! They have outdoor picnic tables under the trees, an outdoor ordering window, a playground for kids, and a vintage truck upgraded with a wood-fired pizza oven. They also offer fresh salads, shared plates, fine wine, & local craft beer. Seems like a winner to me!
I love this place! Jerry could care less about it, but I can't get enough of their fried chicken biscuit with gravy...or their spiked cold brew! There line is always super long, but worth the wait. A Trick I Never Used: to skip the line, you can order ahead and take it to go.
