Please note that the group code "KAW" will already be put in the group code section. 4. Click "Search". 5. Group rates will automatically generate for Standard King and Double Queen rooms only. 6. If you wish to book a room type other than 1 King or Double Queen, you will have to call the hotel directly to book as all other room types are unable to be booked online through this booking link. 7. Note to those who are staying at the hotel: After checking in and parking at the hotel, there will be a bus provided to transport you for the rest of the night! Please meet outside the lobby to board the bus at 3:45 pm SHARP. It will be departing at 4:00 pm. The bus will stay parked at the venue until the night is over and will bring you back to the hotel, where you can join us for an after-party...because the party never ends!
