We met in Italy! We both studied abroad and met through our program back in 2018. We quickly became friends and enjoyed traveling all over Europe together with our group of friends. Soon, friendship turned into romance and what a better place to find love than in Italy! Once we returned home, he made it official by asking me to be his girlfriend and the rest is history!

New Hampshire is very special to us. Gabe went to college up at Plymouth State and I would often visit on weekends. During COVID, we spent a ton of time hiking many of the White Mountains with our dog, Luna, especially one mountain called Welch and Dickey (a very long, hard 5-mile loop). During August of 2023, my family took our annual summer trip to NH at Lake Winnisquam (thank you for the hospitality Goober family) and on the second day, at a crisp 4:30am, Gabe really wanted to do a sunrise hike at Welch and Dickey and somehow was able to drag me with him. After a long, hard hike to the top, we were soaking in the beautiful view together and he popped the question and I said yes!! So thankful to all family and friends who traveled far to surprise me with decorations and celebrations for an unforgettable, amazing day <3
