The first thing you will notice about Caroline is her smile. She is always up for adventure and there is rarely a dull moment when Caroline is around. Her love of hiking, skiing, kayaking and backpacking motivated her to leave Texas and move to Colorado. After graduating from University of North Texas she immediately loaded up her VW Bug, moved to Colorado and bought a puppy, Paisley Rae. Granby, Colorado has always had a special place in Caroline's heart as she visited there for many years with her close friends and family throughout her childhood. It became a second home and is now her permanent home. She is pursuing her career as an artist and dabbles in just about anything that is artistic. She is a wedding and family photographer, paints landscapes and abstract for commissions, galleries and art shows. She is also a designer of tattoos (let her know if your interested) and is pursing her license to become a tattoo artist. Basically if involves art or just having fun, Caroline is your go to person.
Carter Robbins

The first trait you will recognize in Carter is his kindness and his ability to put people at ease. He's a natural performer and is happiest when he's playing his guitar and singing. Carter was born and raised in Texas and attended Stephen F. Austin before he decided to pursue his love of music as a career. His desire for adventure and outdoor activities lead him to move to Colorado. Carter loves to snowboard when he is not composing and practicing for his shows. Carter has already made an impact on the music scene in Grand County. You can hear him perform at many of the favorite bars and eateries almost every weekend in the summer. During the winter when the music scene is a bit slower in Grand County, Carter works on his own music. He plans to have his original work published some day. Carter also enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with Caroline and their three dogs, Onyx, Paisley Rae and River. (You will get to meet all three at the wedding!)
Emily Kaestner

Growing up together Emily has always been Caroline's best friend! Emily was, and still is always there for Caroline with a kind word or good advice during every high and every low. Emily now lives in Charleston, SC and Caroline in Granby, Colorado. Many sisters would have grown apart, but that is not the case with these two. They can talk daily or go weeks with just a text, but pick up right where they left off when they get a chance to talk again! Though different in so many ways,(Emily is a bit taller) they are still best friends. People search for friends with whom they can share their life moments, dreams, frustrations and keep their secrets forever. For Caroline that friend was part of her family and someone she loves, admires and trusts. That friend is her baby sister, Emily.

The best gift Caroline's brother Sam ever gave her, was marrying Elisabeth Mosvold. Elisabeth is such an inspiration to Caroline. She makes being a wife (aka putting up with Sam), raising two kids, caring for two dogs and working full time look so easy! Elisabeth always has a smile on her face and has been there for Caroline with wise advice and encouragement when it was needed. Caroline considers Elisabeth her second sister and is so excited she can be a part of her big day.

Madison (Maddie) and Caroline met at the University of North Texas. They both pledged a sorority, KKG, and were instant friends. Maddie was Caroline's "Little" and that's where their adventures began. Maddie's bubbly personality, willingness for adventure, love for the Lord and infectious laugh was just what Caroline needed in a friend. Despite the fact they live in separate states now, they stay in touch and Maddie will always hold a special place in Caroline's heart.
Lawson Harris
Best Man
Lawson Harris is not only Carter's best man, best friend but he's also Carter's older cousin. Carter and Lawson grew up together in Texas. They both share a love of music and spent time playing the guitar and singing together when they were younger. When Lawson comes to Colorado to visit, he and Carter play at some of the local hangouts in Grand County. Lawson is a full time musician, singer and songwriter living in Clarksville, Tennessee just north of Nashville. He's published his own songs The Weekend, Drink and Next to You. Layton Harris

Layton Harris is Carter's younger cousin and Lawson's younger brother. Layton and Carter spent a lot of time together while growing up. He's more interested in athletics than music. In high school he played basketball and football and still enjoys playing golf in his spare time. He attended Texas Tech University and now lives in Decatur, Texas.
Devon Thomas
Groomsman
Carter met Devon a few years ago when he first moved to Colorado. They haven't known each other for long, but immediately hit it off and enjoy spending time together when they can. Devon and Carter both share a passion for disc gold, with Devon being far superior at this sport than Carter! (But Carter is going to keep working to catch up!) Devon also loves music but prefers electronic dance music to country western music. In his spare time he's an avid raver attending any concert he can in Denver. Needless to say Devon is a lot of fun and there is never a dull moment when he's around.
