Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be indoors except for the reception on Saturday. We recommend checking the weather in Livermore, California when dressing for the event. Our reception will be taking place on a grassy field, so, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. Please note, dinner will be hosted outside, so we’d recommend bringing a jacket to keep warm (although a summer night in California is to be expected).

What time should I arrive?

On Saturday, please arrive no later than 1:45pm. The ceremony will start on time.

What types of food and beverages should I expect?

Answer

Come hungry. Expect hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, bread + salad, an indian buffet style dinner, and desserts. Drinks will be provided (and by provided, we mean flowing).

Can I take photos and videos?

Answer

Yes, and please share any that you take with us! We just ask that you are mindful of others when taking pictures and that you avoid obstructing our professional photographers and videographers.
