Question

What time is the shuttle running?

Answer

BEFORE the ceremony the shuttle will do two runs; one at 2:00 PM (need time to get to venue and back to hotels) and another one around 3:00pm. The shuttle is a small party bus style bus fro the Kro Bar called The Kro Bus. The shuttle will resume regular runs after the dinner service is complete. LAST shuttle leaves the venue at 11:00PM.

Where do I catch the shuttle?

Answer

The shuttle will leave from the hotels (they are right next to each other) before the ceremony, and then will resume service after dinner.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We will have some room blocks set aside and will also provide other suggestions for accommodations under our "travel" page.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to venue space limits, the only children in attendance will be those of our family. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes! We are registered at a few places, but you can find them all on our "registry" page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course, we will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences, please indicate on your RSVP. Note: all main course food will be gluten free.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking onsite is available but there is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. You will be towed at your expense. However, we will have a shuttle to the hotels with room blocks, and parking near there is free and you can leave a car overnight and take a taxi/lyft/uber "across the bridge" if you are staying in Duluth.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle from the hotels to and from the ceremony. You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to take the shuttle. More info on our "travel" page!
