A fun new food market close to the Corner! Similar vibes to Ponce City Market in ATL, but on a smaller scale. Great food and drink options, as well as some shopping!
Downtown Mall
The Downtown Mall is a short drive or 15-20 minute walk from the hotel block. It offers great restaurants and shopping!
Humpback Rocks Visitor Center and Picnic Area
If you're looking for a challenge with a breathtaking reward, we recommend hiking the Humpback Rocks trail. It is about 2 miles in total with a steep, but doable uphill climb to the most beautiful view.
King Family Vineyards Polo Match
If you’re staying in Charlottesville through Monday, head over to King Family Vineyards after the farewell brunch for a polo match at 12!
Monticello
Enjoy a visit to Thomas Jefferson's famous home and plantation. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the facility. We recommend the walking tour included in your ticket price; It takes about an hour, but offers a more enhanced experience of this historical landmark!

The Rotunda
The University of Virginia's beautiful grounds is just a short stroll from The Graduate and Marriott Courtyard. The UVA Lawn is a beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee, and The Rotunda is open from 9-5 daily for tours.
Saunders-Monticello Trail
Looking to get outside but don't want to go on a strenuous hike? The Saunders-Monticello trail is a short car ride away from the hotel block and is a great option for a leisurely nature walk.
Skyline Drive
Although Skyline Drive is a bit of a trek from Charlottesville, it offers the most gorgeous mountain views, as well as access to a lot of wonderful hiking trails for every fitness level!
Sugar Hollow Trail to Blue Hole
Just about 40 minutes from the Corner, this is one of our favorite hikes in Charlottesville that ends with an option to swim in beautifully blue water with a waterfall!
