Move in to Campground

We have this campground for 4 days. Thursday, April 18th at 4 pm until Monday, April 22nd at 4 pm. Please let us know if you intend to camp, whether or not you'll be camping in a tent, in a vehicle and there is one RV site still available. Please contact Carolina if you haven't already if you are planning on bringing an RV. We are having a huge truckload of firewood delivered to the site so please do not bring your own.

If your children are coming to the wedding they will be in the wedding, and you are invited to this event! Please call Carolina at 913-972-7460 if you have any questions. We will be eating pizza picnic style in the park after the practice parade. We are ordering the pizzas from Domino's. Their 7 Dollars for a one topping pizza. We will provide pizza for all the children and we are asking parents to donate towards the pizza bill. We will have pizzas delivered to the park for everyone no need to make your own order. Reach out to Carolina and let her know if you have any special requests by Thursday.

Please arrive at the park no later than 1:45 pm. Try and plan for traffic, its a busy weekend in town. The parade will begin at 2 pm. The ceremony will occur on the NorthWest side (playground side towards St. Johns Church) of Mass (aka Massachusetts) Street

When guests arrive the bar will open and there will be snacks available. There will be a children's buffet consisting of hot dogs, peanut butter N jelly, macaroni N cheese, broccoli N carrots, bananas and apples open until bedtime. The bounce house will be open for fun when guests arrive. There will be a DJ that will mix rare Kansas City soul music and games for fun! If you are local, or able, please bring extra chairs. This site is a group campground.

There will be meat and vegetarian options will be available. There will be three side dishes and a fresh garden salad. The children's food buffet will be open until they go to bed. The children's buffet will consist of hot dogs, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, macaroni N cheese, broccoli and carrots, apples and bananas. The snack bar will be open all night. If you have any special requests for the snack bar please let us know. If you would like to contribute to our evening feel free to bring a dessert to add to the dessert buffet. For our night time entertainment we will have local cover band the Waxin' Grooves and Handmade Moments a tremendously talented duet performing original songs. A guest appearance will be made by Jerome Widenhouse.

This will be a potluck breakfast! An opportunity for everyone to cook up their leftovers and share a cuppa coffee. If you are interested in breakfast burritos we can order them and have them delivered fresh and hot on the morning of, but you will pay for your own burrito. please call Carolina if you are interested in the burrito option.

We are hunting eggs!!!!!! We will provide traditional hard boiled red Greek orthodox eggs for finding and eating. We are asking guests to donate any other candies, treats, toys and adult fun items. These donations will be divided into age appropriate hunting groups so everyone gets to have fun. The bounce house will be open until around 2:00 p.m.
