There have been moments in my life when I felt completely lost, at my lowest, unsure of how to take the next step. And through it all, Denise was there—never letting go of my hand, holding space for my pain, and reminding me of my strength when I couldn’t see it myself. Her unwavering presence has been a light in my darkest times, and her strength and compassion continue to inspire me every single day. And, as many of you know, none of this—this beautiful day, this incredible love story—would have happened without her. Denise is the reason Carlos and I met. Carter, at 7 years old, is brave and responsible middle brother, always ready to lend a hand and take the lead. His enthusiasm and big heart make him the perfect fit for this important task. Leo, at 6, is the playful, curious spirit who brings laughter and joy wherever he goes. His infectious energy and smile will surely flight the aisle as he walks down in his special role. These two are not only the best of friends but also the sweetest little helpers, and we are so proud to have them as our ring bearers. They truly make our family feel complete and will undoubtedly steal a few hearts as they take part in this memorable moment.

It’s been a joy to watch him grow into such a kind and confident young man, and we couldn’t imagine this day without him by our side. I’m so grateful for the countless sacrifices she’s made, the wisdom she’s shared, and the way she continues to make my life brighter every day. Our friendship runs deeper than most will ever know. When I suffered a stroke and nearly died in her arms, she didn’t just save my life—she stayed by my side, heart wide open, with strength, grace, and unwavering love. To say I couldn’t imagine my life without her is an understatement. Geselle has held space for my highest highs and lowest lows. She knows me inside and out, and her presence is both grounding and full of light. Having her officiate this momentous chapter in our lives isn’t just special—it’s sacred. I am endlessly grateful for her, for our unbreakable bond, and for the way she continues to show up with love that changes everything.
