Will we be able to stay over night?

Answer

Absolutely, we have blocked rooms at the Radisson Hotel as well as the Hilton Inn Conference. This is a first come first serve basis, we were able to block out a total of 25 rooms.

Do the hotels offer parking?

Yes, both hotels offer onsite parking.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal, so come dressed in your Sundays best!

Are children allowed?

Although we LOVE your little ones due to limited space we can only accommodate children in the wedding party.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Absolutely for the entire time of both the ceremony and reception! Full open bar for all those that chose to drink.

What is the distance from hotel to venue?

Answer

The distance from both hotels are 7-10 min away. Both hotels are directly across the street from one another.

When can we check in and check out?

Answer

The room blocks are from Aug 27, 2025- Aug 30, 2025. You may check out later or earlier.

Do we have to pay full price for the hotel?

Answer

No, you do not have to pay full price as the hotel will gives us rooms at a discounted rate as part of the event.

Will any part of the wedding be held outdoors?

Answer

No, this is an indoor event.

Will I be able to bring a plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited seating unless a plus one is indicated on your invitation we will not be able to accommodate additional guest.

Will there be transportation provided from hotel to venue?

Answer

Both venues offer shuttle service. Radisson has confirmed the ability to take guest to the venue. But because they are an Airport shuttle the transportation is limited. We suggest driving your own car. THE VENUE OFFERS ONSITE PARKING. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
