✨Welcome to Hotel Xcaret – Your All-Fun Inclusive Getaway We’re so excited to celebrate with you at Hotel Xcaret, a one-of-a-kind resort with two sides. The wedding will be hosted at Hotel Xcaret México and you must stay a minimum of three nights, but you may switch to Hotel Xcaret Arte after if you interested. You will want to use our provided link to book your trip, but if you are planning on staying extra days, you may want to consider Hotel Xcaret Arte. Both are an unforgettable experience! From the moment you arrive, Hotel Xcaret México offers a seamless and immersive experience designed to help you enjoy every moment. This is an all inclusive resort-- all food, drinks, entertainment, and most excursions are included. Once you’re settled in, take time to explore the property. The resort is divided into different “casas,” each with its own unique vibe, pool, and amenities. You’ll find lush jungle paths, rivers winding through the grounds, and stunning ocean views around every corner. We have blocked a set of rooms and required to fill them. Our hope is to have most family and friends in the same casa.

Flight

Cancún International Airport (CUN)

Once you land in Cancún International Airport (CUN) , you’ll disembark the plane, collect your luggage, and proceed through customs. As you exit customs, you may encounter several people offering assistance with your luggage or trying to direct you to their transportation services. The best approach here is to stay focused—keep your eyes ahead and continue walking until you reach the outdoor patio area. There, you’ll find a variety of hotel representatives. Look for the staff member holding a sign for Hotel Xcaret. A dedicated coach will be waiting to take you directly to the resort. They’ll handle your luggage and ensure a smooth ride to the hotel. Heck, they may even offer you a cerveza for the ride. It’s about 45–60 minutes from the airport to the hotel. This is the same way you get back to the airport after check out. (Also, Hotel Xacaret is conservative on their timing when sending you back to the airport. At check out, they may attempt to arrange the coach four hours before your flight. A private coach avoids this gap.) If you prefer a more private experience or wish to avoid waiting for the coach, you can arrange a private pickup through the hotel for an additional fee. The fee is approximately $85 one-way. Just be sure to contact the hotel in advance to book this option. Important: To secure your airport transfer, please follow the link to fill out your flight details and ensure transportation. We’ll coordinate with the hotel to make sure your transportation is arranged. Flight info must be submitted 30 days before arrival. If you do not fill out this link, you will need to arrange directly with the hotel.
