Where should I make my reservation for my stay?

Answer

Austin and Carolina will email you a link to book your stay. This link includes a 10% discount and will connect your reservation with our wedding activities. It’s important not to make the reservation outside of the link we provide. Hotel Xcaret has a room block in place and it is required to be filled for the wedding. Please note: You are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights at Xcaret.

Is there a cost associated for bringing children?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. Children ages 0-5 years old are free. Children ages 6-17 years old pay the third-person rate per room. The hotel also offers childcare through both a dedicated kids club and external babysitting services.

I checked the hotel website and saw different (higher!) prices — what’s the deal?

Answer

Don’t worry! We have a special discounted rate just for our wedding guests. Prices are per adult, per night, and already include taxes: Single occupancy: $487 USD Double occupancy: $393 USD Third person in room: $294 USD Just make sure to book through our wedding room block to get these rates. We’ll be sharing the booking link very soon — stay tuned!

How do I arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Airport transportation is included with your stay at Hotel Xcaret México. To schedule your pick-up, please fill out the travel tracking spreadsheet located on the Travel Schedule page. ✈️🌿 Note: This is a shared service, NOT personalized or private for groups.

What is included with the reservation?

Answer

Room service, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner at specialty bars or à la carte in the hotel's dining areas, during regular operating hours. The hotel’s open bar offers national and imported drinks and beverages at the bars and restaurants during regular operating hours. Mini-bar (soft drinks, beer, and bottled water) stocked daily. Recreational and entertainment activities program at the hotel for adults and children.

Along with your stay and transportation, your reservation also includes unlimited access to amazing tourist activities operated by Grupo Xcaret! 1. Notify Carolina or Austin by text or e-mail. 2. Book a room under the provide link and discount code. Reservations should be made by September 1, 2025 at the latest. 3. Provide you flight details to Carolina and Austin and record in the Travel Tracker 4. Notify the hotel if you wish to request a private pickup.

For the Cocktail Reception: We would like everyone to wear white. What is the weather like in Cancun at the beginning of April?

Temperatures: Warm and sunny, with daytime highs around 88–90°F (31–32°C) and comfortable evenings in the low to mid 70s°F (23–24°C). Rain: April is typically the driest month of the year, with very little rainfall and mostly clear skies. Humidity: Present but manageable, making it more comfortable than the summer months. Ocean Conditions: The Caribbean Sea is warm and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities. Sunshine: Expect plenty of sunshine—ideal for beach days and outdoor celebrations.
