Early May is deep into spring weather in Assisi, Italy! Birds, bees, flowers, breeze... and the occasional storm. You can expect temperatures to go up to the mid 70s*F/20s*C and the evenings to be in the mid 50s*F/15*C. Typical of spring, layers are key and prepare for showers with a small umbrella.

Yeah of course, it's an Italian wedding for goodness' sake. Little kiddos are welcome, but there's no on-site nanny service so be sure to keep an eye on them. Additionally, please let Carmine and Allie know beforehand.
Primarily all of the events will be outdoor on the property so we can take in the beautiful views and atmosphere of Castello di Petrata. (If there is inclement weather then those events will be indoors.) The After Party after the wedding is the only scheduled event that moves indoor into the Glass House.
Check out the Schedule tab for the suggested dress code for each event. The After Party is the only even where we're scheduled to be indoors in the Glass House. Consider bringing a sweater or light jacket for any events that run into the evening when the temperature will dip. The terrain is mostly lawn, dirt or pebbled pathways, and flagstone patios. We'd recommend flat shoes, wedges, or block heels for the most success in walking, strutting, spinning, or jaunting.
