[Jabo] Jeff is the man with all the answers. Someone Will has and always will look up to. In times of need, Will's father is the one he turns to. For his career, Jeff worked at Caterpillar as an Engineer. In 2016, he retired and now spends most of his time by the beach in 30A, golfing, or working on his car, which he treats as a 4th child. Jeff has never seen anything he can't fix. Literally, try to find something Jeff can't fix. Bet you can't.

Michael Nolan

Father of the Bride

[Big Mike] Carly's dad is the hero of her family, figuratively and literally. As a fireman, he saves lives - even when he's off duty (ask him about the Long John Silver's in Cincinnati). But as a dad, he is Carly's biggest supporter. Whether it was watching her strike out every at bat in little league softball or traveling all around the country to watch her play volleyball - he was there for it all. We're still not sure how he feels about his first daughter getting married...but he sure is excited to have "Willy" officially join the family.

Kim Headean

Mother of the Groom

[Fun Kim] The kindest, most loving, and of course, the most fun of them all. Kim is always a blast on the dance floor and up for any game of bingo (as long as there's money involved). Will credits his mom for his baseball career. She was there from the very beginning, sitting on the floor rolling baseballs back and forth with Will for countless hours on end so he could work on his fastball.

Mary Nolan

Mother of the Bride

[Mrs. Nolan] Mary is the glue of the Nolan family. Carly and her mom have always been close, but grow closer every day. Mary is where Carly gets her athleticism from (don't tell Mike). Mary played volleyball at Texas Tech in college and encouraged (forced) Carly to start playing in middle school. Turned out to be the right choice because like mother, like daughter, Carly went on to play in college as well, at the University of Cincinnati. When people tell Carly she's just like her mother, it is the greatest compliment to Carly.

Tyler Headean

Best Man

[Drizzle] Will’s older brother. Tyler has always been a role model to Will, whether it was when he let Will be his high school basketball team’s hype man (water boy) or Will witnessing Tyler become a wonderful husband to his wife, Megan, and amazing father to his daughters, Rose and Lucy - officially making Will the Fun Uncle. Will continues to look up to Tyler and can't imagine anyone else by his side as his Best Man.

Riley Nolan

Maid of Honor

[Ri Ri] Riley and Carly have been best friends since 2000 (Riley's birth) when Carly forced Riley into a nonnegotiable friendship and sisterhood. Riley is the baby of the Nolan family and somehow the most mature. If there’s one person Carly can count on, it’s Riley. That’s why there is no one else Carly would rather have stand by her side as her Maid of Honor. P.S. if you can’t tell them apart yet, Carly will be the one in white…

Jake Nolan

[Nolski] Jake is Carly’s older brother and the eldest of the Nolan kids. Jake has paved the way for his siblings, showing them the do’s and don'ts of life. Jake's hobbies include cooking, eating what he just cooked, and then cleaning up what he just ate. Don't let his inability to smile in pictures fool you, Jake is one of the kindest, most selfless people you'll ever meet and he is the best big brother to Carly and her siblings.

Abby Headean

Bridesmaid

[Abs] Will's older sister. Abby is a true girl’s girl - even though she grew up with only brothers. She is the middle child and rock of the Headean family. Abby always has your back and has a genuine soul. She was so happy when her older brother got married and gave her a sister-in-law. Abby is ecstatic that Will is marrying Carly and bringing her another sister-in-law because the girls will finally out number the boys 3-2!

Luke Nolan

Groomsman

[Squirt] Luke is Carly’s little (not so little anymore) brother. He is the most easy going and goofiest of the Nolan squad. Luke is the one you can count on to make you laugh and can always turn your bad day into a good one. Luke followed in his father's footsteps and is a fireman in Aurora. You can find Luke either on shift at the fire house or on a golf course and that’s about it.

Cassy Sivesind

Bridesmaid

[Cass] Cassy and Carly have been a dynamic duo since preschool (probably due to alphabetical seating arrangements), but none the less, they've stuck through it all together. From failing at gymnastics when they were 5 to leading their high school volleyball team to state, from helping each other cheat on spelling tests in third grade to graduating college. To now, a friendship still standing strong after 24 years.

Matt Hungate

[Big Gate] Matt and Will have been best friends since 1st Grade and have been doing life together ever since, they even share the same birthday. Matt also played a sport in college - football at Georgetown University where he played on the O-line. Fast forward to now, Matt is married and a father to his daughter with another baby on the way!

Lauren Gauger

Bridesmaid

[Laur] Lauren and Carly were neighbors growing up, neighbors in college (Lauren at Dayton and Carly at Cincy), roommates after college in Wicker Park, and now back to being neighbors again (Lauren in Lake View and Carly in Roscoe Village). They have been there for each other through every stage in life and Lauren keeps Carly laughing through it all.

Beau Swinford

[Swinny] Beau and Will have been best friends since 1st Grade. They have been through all stages of life together. Friends throughout elementary, junior high, high school, college roommates at Illinois State University, and roommates in Chicago after college. Beau got married in May 2024 to Selina in Italy!

Hailee Massie

Bridesmaid

[Hails] Hailee and Carly became enemies when they were little by fighting over who got to be Cassy's best friend. They became friends shortly after when they realized you could have more than one best friend. Hailee and Carly have been there for each other ever since, whether it was from Hailee teaching Carly how to put on makeup or Carly running along side Hailee when she had to run the 400M in track.

Sam Tidaback

[Sammy T] Sam and Will first met at age 16 when they played on the same travel baseball team, the Downers Grove Longshots. Sam was the catcher and Will was the pitcher which meant they spent a lot of time together. They've been like brothers ever since. Sam was drafted in the MLB draft by the Chicago Cubs in 2016, where he and Will got to play against one another in the Pacific Northwest.

Kimberly Woods

[Kimmy] Kim and Carly have always had a special bond ever since they started playing sports together in the first grade. Don't let the height difference fool you, they are convinced they have some sort of twin telepathy. Kim serves as a Lieutenant Army Officer and was deployed in Middle East in 2023. So, please for the love of god, don't challenge her to a push up contest.

Tyler Benson

[Benny] Tyler and Will first met in 2017 when they were both drafted by the San Diego Padres. Tyler and Will were teammates for a few seasons and even lived together while playing professional baseball. Even though Tyler and Will live in different states they still call each other weekly to catch up and remain as close of friends as ever.

Jenica Karcz

[Jen] Jenica and Carly became friends in high school and have become closer every day since. Jenica is the one Carly turns to for advice. She was the first of Carly's friends to get married and has been super helpful in keeping Carly calm and less stressed in the wedding planning process. Carly stood up in Jenica's wedding last year and can't wait for Jenica to stand up in hers.

Elliot Ashbeck

[Ash] Elliot and Will didn't start out as friends, they were actually college rivals. Elliot was a pitcher for Bradley University and Will was a pitcher for Illinois State University. After college was when their friendship started. They were both drafted to the San Diego Padres and went from rivals to teammates. After their professional baseball careers, they stayed close and were roommates for a year in Chicago.

Liz Osmanski

[Lizzy] Liz and Carly became friends in high school when Liz started dating their mutual friend, Stefan. Liz quickly went from being "Stefan's girlfriend" to Stefan becoming "Liz's boyfriend". Flash forward to October 2024 - they're getting married! It's a good thing Stefan and Will have grown close, because Liz is a lawyer and will defend Carly through anything (whether Carly's wrong or right).

Jim Tidaback

[Jimbo] Jim is the father of Sam, one of Will’s groomsmen. Jim first coached one of Will’s Longshot baseball teams and quickly became like family. Jim even allowed Will to live at his house one offseason so him and Sam could train together. One of the nicest, most generous men you'll ever come across. Will and Carly are honored to have Jim marry them.
