A shuttle to and from the venue will be provided to guests staying at the Chicago Marriott Northwest. Shuttles to the Ceremony (shuttle will pick up guests outside the lobby) - 2 Shuttles will pick up guests from the hotel at 4:00 pm - 2 Shuttles will pick up guests from the hotel at 4:30 pm Shuttles from the Reception - 1 Shuttle will pick up guests from the venue at 10:45 pm - 2 Shuttles will pick up guests from the venue at 11:30 pm

Room Rate: Chicago $159 for 1 King Bed, $169 for 2 Queen Beds. Breakfast vouchers for Saturday and Sunday morning are included for 2 guests per room. Please book your stay using the Nolan/Headean Wedding Block. You can either book your room by calling the Chicago Northwest Marriott at 847-645-9500 or by using the Wedding Block Website below. The last day to book your room is Friday, June 6, 2025. Please make sure to book using the Nolan/Headean Wedding Block if you plan on taking the shuttle to/from the wedding.
