Despite the fires of 2017 you can still go to Multnomah Falls (though the hike to the top is currently closed as of December 17’) Breathtaking views of the Columbia Gorge can be had all the way to Cascades Locks.
Named the Rose City after all, head up to Washington Park and see over 7,000 roses that bloom in June!
Portland has the most breweries per capita I can’t name them all but try to check out as many as you can… if beer is your thing. We recommend a few favorites such as Rogue, Deschutes and Widmer.
The greater Portland area has a variety of other things to consider when you're in town including Pittock Mansion, Waterfront park, Willamette valley wineries, along with various hiking and outdoor activities like Silver falls state park, council crest, and the Original Oregon Trail
