The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM. Door will close at 4:25 PM. Free parking is available in the lot to the left of the cathedral. The reception will follow the ceremony and is reserved for guests who are able to join us for the ceremony.
Formal attire is requested—tea-length or full-length gowns and dark suits with ties are both appropriate and encouraged. Celebrate with us in the festive spirit of the season, accented by a hint of sparkle or rich jewel tones. Your presence is our most cherished gift. Kindly note: The bridesmaids will be wearing champagne.
There will be parking available directly next to the Cathedral for the ceremony, and a parking attendant will be on-site at the reception to guide you to the ballroom, you're also welcome to leave your car overnight.
Guests may arrive at the front entrance of the Cincinnati Club to drop off passengers prior to parking. Those arriving early are invited to gather in the cocktail space beginning at 5:30 PM, with cocktail hour commencing promptly at 5:45 PM. We appreciate your patience and hope this timing allows for a pleasant arrival. For parking, please continue past the Cincinnati Club’s main entrance and traffic light, then turn right to access the garage located behind the Club. A parking attendant will be present in the garage to assist guests and provide direction. The garage is attached to the building, and clearly marked elevator and signage that will guide guests back to the cocktail space. Upon arrival, guests will be directed to coat check.
Guests are kindly asked to park on the fifth floor (5A) of the attached parking garage upon arrival at The Cincinnati Club. For those wishing to utilize overnight parking, vehicles may remain in the garage for up to 24 hours. Please make note of your license plate number, as there will be a designated location during the cocktail hour to record this information. This will assist parking attendants in identifying vehicles remaining overnight. Please note that the garage will be secured at the conclusion of the evening and will reopen the following morning. For your convenience, Uber vouchers will be provided to ensure safe travel at the end of the celebration. We invite you to come ready to celebrate with us but encourage all guests to do so safely and responsibly! We love you!
As a courtesy to our guests, discounted rates have been arranged at two nearby hotels. While no formal room blocks have been created, each property is offering a special rate for our celebration. TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown – Conveniently located near the Cincinnati Club Ballroom, ideal for those wishing to stay close to the reception venue. Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter – Situated along the river, this is where the wedding party and the bride and groom will be staying. Reservation links for both hotels can be found on the Travel page of our website. Should you have any questions regarding accommodations, please feel free to reach out directly to the bride or groom. We kindly ask that guests book at their earliest convenience to secure availability. Once rooms are confirmed, we will be sure to keep everyone staying in the area informed with any additional details and updates leading up to the big day.
