Treetops Resort

Treetops resort is a short ten-minute drive from Sojourn. They have a beautiful golf course that we highly recommend playing. When booking your reservation, please contact the hotel directly and mention the Cronk/Dunckley Wedding for a special discount. Please note, however, the discount only applies to those who stay at least two nights.

Gaylord has many options for lodging that are within a ten to fifteen minute drive from our venue including: Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Beaumont by Wyndham, Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn & Suites, and the Otsego Club Resort. We also recommend looking into Airbnb or VRBO homes that are in the area.

Flight

Cherry Capital Airport (TVC)

The Traverse City airport is the closest airport to our venue, about an hour and twenty minutes from the resort. It’s quite small, so only a few airlines use this airport, including United, Delta, American, Allegiant, and Sun Country Airlines. If you have the time, we recommend stopping downtown at the local breweries, restaurants, and beautiful Grand Traverse Bay.

Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)

The Detroit Metro airport is about a three and a half hour drive from the resort and it tends to have the best deals on flights.

Bishop International Airport (FNT)

Located in Flint, the Bishop Airport is a two hour and twenty minute drive from the resort.
